| How do I qualify for the $100 Rebate? |
| LotsAPeoples.com pays a $100 Rebate to renters who notify us that they've found a
rental property by using our website. To qualify for the Rebate, you must (1) search
LotsAPeoples.com to find a rental property, (2) print out a "coupon" for the rental
property (take it with you when you go to sign your lease!), (3) write "
LotsAPeoples.com" on the property's guest card and lease application, and (4) send
us a copy of your signed lease along with the "coupon" that you printed. After we receive
confirmation from the management of your new property that you have identified "
LotsAPeoples.com" as your sole referral source and moved into your new place, we'll
begin final processing and payment.

| How do I claim my $100 Rebate? |
| To claim your $100 Rebate, simply send us a copy of your signed lease along with the rebate coupon. After we receive your rebate coupon, we will confirm your information with the property, process your claim internally, and send you your Rebate. This process typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. |

| How do I find listings for furnished apartments, rental houses/condos, or Section 8 housing? |
| LotsAPeoples.com allows you to search for a rental property using various criteria, including furnished and section 8, however, the only way for you to be sure is to contact the property directly. All of the listings on our website contain all the contact information you'll need. |

| How do I search for rental listings? |
| To start a new search, simply click on the menu item in the tool bar on the left side of the web page. There are options to search for rental housing, condominiums, and apartment. There is are options to search by a specific address, complex name, subdivision, or use our interactive map! |

| What if I'm not finding rentals in my search? |
| If you're not finding any listings matching your current search criteria, it's possible you are being too specific with your search criteria and the exact combination of what you're looking for simply can't be found in our listings. We suggest you start with broader search criteria and then narrow your choices from there. |

| Why doesn't LotsAPeoples.com list rentals in my area? |
| LotsAPeoples.com currently lists rentals in many rental markets; however, we may not have listings for certain areas. We apologize if we do not yet have listings in your area. Please check back with us in the future as we're adding new areas all the time. |

| How can I communicate with the rentals that interest me? |
| When you sign up for your free LotsAPeoples.com account, you have access to a property's direct contact information (phone number and street address). You can also send an electronic message to the property by clicking "Contact Now" on the property's full-page listing. When you send a message, we ask that you provide your phone number so that the apartment manager can call you back ASAP. |
