| Claim Your $100 Rebate! |
The Basic Requirements:
You must submit your rebate claim within 60 days of moving to your new
place.
Your name must appear on the lease agreement as an occupant.
You must move in to the rental property and reside there for more than 30
days.
You must sign a new lease at a property you found on Lotsapeoples.com.
A $100 rebate will not be granted for renewing an existing lease. If you (or anyone leasing
with you) have signed a previous lease agreement or have a previous relationship with the
property, you will not qualify to receive a rebate. If you found the property using
services or persons other than Lotsapeoples.com, you will not qualify to receive a rebate.
Additionally, if the property is not listed on Lotsapeoples.com, you will not qualify to
receive a rebate.
When visiting a property, you or your leasing agent must put in writing that
you used Lotsapeoples.com to find your apartment. It is very important to let the
property's leasing agent know you found their listing on Lotsapeoples.com by writing "
Lotsapeoples.com" on any and all paperwork you are asked to complete (such as a guest
card or lease application). Without this written proof that you found your apartment
through Lotsapeoples.com, you may jeopardize your ability to collect the $100 rebate.
Lotsapeoples.com must be able to confirm your use of our website. At
the time you decide on a listing, use the "create rebate" button to generate a
rebate certificate. This certificate will include a unique number which identifies not only
the listing but the time and date that you viewed the listing. You will need this
certificate to claim your rebate.
Only one person per lease is eligible to receive the $100 rebate. Only
one $100 rebate will be granted per lease signed. If different co-signers of the same lease
submit separate rebate claim forms, one rebate will be granted for the first claim received
and confirmed. Other claims for the same lease will be denied.
The Fine Print:
Lotsapeoples.com is operated by Lotsapeoples, Inc. and its subsidiaries; all references
to "Lotsapeoples.com", "we", or "us" include Lotsapeoples,
Inc. and its subsidiaries.
A property may discontinue listing on Lotsapeoples.com at any time. The $100 rebate
offer is only available for 30 days after a property cancels their Lotsapeoples.com
listing.
Because Lotsapeoples.com cannot guarantee that a property will remain a
Lotsapeoples.com partner indefinitely, we cannot guarantee payment of the $100 rebate when
a renter is moving to a property 90+ days after the rebate claim form is submitted.
The $100 rebate offer is not available for renters who may have previously lived in the
property listed on their rebate claim form.
The $100 rebate offer is not available for renters who may have previously lived in a

The $100 rebate offer is not available to renters who are current or former employees
of the property listed on their rebate claim form.
The $100 rebate offer is not available to renters who are current or former employees
of a property related* to the property listed on their rebate claim form.
The $100 rebate offer is not available to renters who have been referred by an
apartment locator or a resident of the property.
Payment of the $100 rebate is subject to confirmation from the property's management
that the renter has become an occupant of the property.
Processing the $100 rebate can take up to 6 to 8 weeks from your move-in date or the
day you report your lease, whichever is later.
* A "related property" is a property that is owned or managed by the same company
as the property listed on a renter's rebate claim form.
